We started out as a small online store called WeebCentral, born from our love for anime and the struggle to find affordable, high-quality anime merch in South Africa. We knew how hard it was to order from overseas – the shipping costs, the long wait, and the uncertainty. So, we decided to make it easier for local fans.

Over time, our community grew and so did our vision. We expanded beyond just anime to offer a wider variety of gifts and collectibles – and with that, WeebCentral became GiftCentral.
